Delivery

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number on the shipping confirmation. You will receive this from us by email.  Alternatively, you caneasily track your order here (click) .

How do I place my order?

Simply visit the product page of your choice, add the product of your choice to your shopping cart and pay securely at checkout.

I can't place an order. What can I do?

If you receive an error message or the selected payment method does not work, it is best to delete your browser's history and cache. 
In 99% of cases, this will work again.

If it still does not work after that, please contact us by email.

How can I change the number of products in the shopping cart?

It's very easy. 
Click on the shopping cart symbol in the top right. When you're in the shopping cart, you can use the + or - to set the desired quantity.

How can I change my placed order?

If you would like to make any changes to your order, please let us know immediately by email. 
We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

 

However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your request before your order is shipped.

 

Please note that we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been dispatched. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Which countries do you deliver to? 

As a small start-up from London, we deliver our products directly to the whole UK.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping on all orders is free.

What are the delivery times?

Orders take around 7 days to arrive.

Returns

How long is the return period?

With us you can test your chosen product risk-free for 30 days.

 If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you can return your order at any time within 30 days. In this case, please inform us by email.

What do I do if I have a complaint?

Contact us by email and describe your problem. If there is a product defect, please send us a picture so that we can quickly understand it. 

We will then find a satisfactory solution together.

How do I get an invoice?

If you need an invoice for your order, please send us an email. 
We will then prepare the invoice for you.
